This place has a fantastic location for the price! It's right next to the town center, the charming old city center, and even the lovely botanical gardens. Plus, there are convenience stores nearby for your daily needs. Another perk is that the traffic rules are more reliable here than with regular taxis. 🚕.

The hotel is simple but good. The fact that they provide a packed breakfast when you need to leave very early for the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at Capitolina City Chic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a noisy air conditioning unit and an outdated carpet, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. I would highly recommend Capitolina City Chic for a pleasant and convenient stay in Cluj-Napoca.
